By accessing or using The Neighbor Times ("TNT", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Account Responsibilities / 계정 책임
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate and current information during registration
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
13세 이상이어야 계정을 만들 수 있으며, 계정 보안 유지 및 정확한 정보 제공의 책임이 있습니다.
3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer / AI 생성 콘텐츠 면책
Important: The Neighbor Times uses artificial intelligence for content generation, translation, document analysis (OCR), and fact-checking. While we strive for accuracy:
- AI-generated translations may contain errors — they are provided for convenience, not legal or official purposes
- Document AI (OCR) results are approximate and should not be used as the sole basis for financial, legal, or immigration decisions
- AI-curated news articles may contain inaccuracies — always verify critical information from primary sources
- Fact-check scores are algorithmically generated and may not reflect final editorial judgment
중요: AI 번역, 문서 분석(OCR), 팩트체크는 참고용이며, 법적·재정적·이민 관련 결정의 유일한 근거로 사용해서는 안 됩니다.
4. User-Generated Content / 사용자 생성 콘텐츠
By submitting content (articles, comments, corrections, tips):
- You grant TNT a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, translate, and distribute your content
- You retain ownership of your original content
- You represent that your content does not violate any third-party rights
- Translation corrections you submit may be used to improve our AI translation models
콘텐츠 제출 시 TNT에 비독점적 라이선스를 부여하며, 원본 소유권은 유지됩니다.
5. Intellectual Property / 지적재산권
- The Neighbor Times brand, logo, and platform design are owned by TNT
- AI-generated content published on TNT is owned by TNT
- Third-party content (RSS feeds, government data) retains its original licensing
- TNT Coins and community points have no monetary value outside the platform
6. Prohibited Conduct / 금지 행위
- Submitting false, misleading, or defamatory content
- Attempting to access other users' accounts or data
- Automated scraping or bulk data collection without permission
- Using the platform for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
- Uploading malicious files or attempting to exploit security vulnerabilities
- Manipulating community points, votes, or ranking systems
7. TNT Coins & Credits / TNT 코인 및 크레딧
- TNT Coins are virtual tokens with no real-world monetary value
- Coins cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other users
- TNT reserves the right to modify coin earning rates and redemption values
- Unused coins do not expire but may be forfeited upon account termination for violations
8. Creator Revenue Sharing / 크리에이터 수익 분배
Eligible creators (KYC-verified, with signed contributor agreements) may receive revenue sharing from sponsored content. Revenue share ratios are determined by creator tier level. TNT reserves the right to modify revenue sharing terms with 30 days' notice.
9. Limitation of Liability / 책임 제한
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TNT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Errors in AI-generated translations or document analysis
- Missed deadlines based on our calendar or notification features
- Financial decisions based on receipt OCR or bookkeeping data
- Immigration decisions based on USCIS document analysis
법이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, AI 번역 오류, 문서 분석 오류, 마감일 알림 누락 등으로 인한 간접적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
10. Privacy / 개인정보
Your use of TNT is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
11. Termination / 종료
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law / 준거법
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes / 변경
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days in advance.
