If you can sign in

1. Go to Settings → Danger Zone
2. Type DELETE MY ACCOUNT to confirm
3. Your account is deleted immediately — there is no waiting period

로그인할 수 있으면 설정 → 위험 영역에서 직접 삭제하실 수 있습니다. 즉시 처리되며 대기 기간은 없습니다.

If you cannot sign in

Email hello@theneighbortimes.com from the address on your account. We verify ownership and delete it within 30 days.

로그인이 안 되시면 가입하신 이메일 주소에서 위 주소로 보내 주세요. 본인 확인 후 30일 이내에 삭제합니다.

What is deleted

• Your account, name, email, phone number and ZIP code
• Saved deadlines, events, notes, documents and receipts you uploaded
• Your messages, follows, interests and reading history
• Notification tokens for your devices

What stays — and why

Anything you published publicly — a neighborhood post, a comment, an event you added to the community calendar — stays on the site, but your name is removed from it.

공개된 글·댓글·행사는 남되 작성자 이름이 지워집니다. 지우지 않는 이유는 이웃들이 읽고 답글을 단 글이 통째로 사라지면 그 대화가 무너지기 때문입니다. 이름이 지워지므로 더 이상 회원님과 연결되지 않습니다. (GDPR 제17조는 이 방식을 허용합니다.)

Before you delete

You can download everything we hold about you first — Settings → Export My Data.
