FDIC Publishes July Enforcement Actions WASHINGTON - The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) today published a list of orders of administrative enforcement actions taken against banks and individuals in July 2026. There are no administrative hearings scheduled for September 2026. The FDIC issued five orders in July 2026. The administrative enforcement actions in those orders consisted of one order terminating consent order and four orders of prohibition.
