[Federal] Hazardous Materials: Reducing Costs to Domestic Shippers and Carriers of Limited Quantities

This final rule removes undue regulatory burdens by allowing regulated entities to use a reduced sized marking for limited quantity shipments of hazardous materials by highway, rail, or vessel.
