Estimated jackpot of $1.04 billion… 8th largest jackpot in history

Lump-sum cash option pays $450.5 million before taxes

The winning numbers have been drawn for a $1 billion Powerball jackpot, the largest U.S. lottery prize so far this year.

The winning numbers announced in the Powerball drawing held on the night of Wednesday the 12th are white balls 4, 26, 66, 67, 69, and red Powerball 9.

The final jackpot reached $1.04 billion (with a cash value of $450.5 million), making it the 8th largest in Powerball history and the 15th largest in U.S. lottery history. It is also the highest lottery jackpot recorded in 2026.

Before taxes, the jackpot winner can choose to receive the prize as an annuity paid out in 30 installments over 29 years, or as a single lump-sum cash payment of $450.5 million.

The prize rolled over and surpassed $1 billion after 43 consecutive drawings without a top winner since early May.

Meanwhile, lottery officials are expected to officially announce the latest results for the jackpot resulting from this drawing and share details regarding the retailer that sold the winning ticket.
