About the Montgomery County Volunteer Center ABOUT US The Montgomery County Volunteer Center is the County’s central hub for community service, connecting people, organizations, and resources to make a difference in Montgomery County. As a part of Montgomery County's Office of Community Partnerships, we work to strengthen our community by connecting individuals, families, and groups with volunteer opportunities that support nonprofit organizations, public agencies, and community initiatives. Whether someone is volunteering for the first time, fulfilling student service requirements, or looking to give back with years of professional experience, we provide the tools, guidance, and support to make that service meaningful and effective. We also equip organizations with the training and resources they need to engage volunteers successfully. At the heart of everything we do is one belief: when people are connected to purpose, communities thrive. OUR MISSION The Volunteer Center strives to promote and expand meaningful community service in Montgomery County by recruiting, supporting, and connecting volunteers and nonprofits. CONTACT US
