DHCF is authorized to execute grants with governmental bodies, public and private agencies, institutions and organizations. Chapter 18 of Title 29 DCMR governs DHCF’s standards for determining who may receive a grant and under what circumstances, and the procedures for awarding a grant. The standards were developed to be consistent with requirements set forth in the City-Wide Grant Manual and Sourcebook issued by the Office of the City Administrator (OCA). The Mayor’s Office on Volunteerism & Partnerships is the electronic clearinghouse for all District of Columbia government grant notices. Information regarding current DHCF grant notices is available on The Mayor’s Office on Volunteerism & Partnerships Website and will also be posted on this webpage.
