The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) forms and publications catalog represents bulk-managed inventory items that are currently available for order through the National Distribution Center (NDC). The forms and publications are free of charge; however, each customer must provide their own carrier/pick-up service to ship the items ordered, i.e. FedEx, UPS, etc. The NDC does not process orders for individual forms and/or publications, nor does it provide guidance on the completion of forms.
