Provider Enrollment - Maryland Department of Health

If you are a health care provider who wants to bill Medicaid for your services, you must enroll as a participating provider through the provider enrollment portal. The portal is a one-stop shop for providers: 

• Enroll or re-enroll

• Revalidate enrollment

• Update enrollment information

MPRIME - New Provider Enrollment Portal Maryland Medicaid will be transitioning from ePREP to the Maryland Provider Registration and Information Management Enterprise (MPRIME) portal in October 2026.
