Richmond District Traffic Alert: Railroad crossing east of Darvills and Military Road intersection to close in Nottoway for training operations

Local and through traffic should follow the posted detour:

**Westbound Traffic:**Turn right onto northbound Zilles Road (Route 642), turn left on West Colonial Trail Highway (Route 460), turn left onto southbound Cox Road (Route 460 BUS), turn left onto southbound Military Road (Route 750) and continue back to Darvills Road.
**Eastbound Traffic:**Turn left onto northbound Military Road (Route 750), turn right onto northbound Cox Road (Route 460 BUS), turn right onto East Colonial Trail Highway (Route 460), turn right onto southbound Zilles Road (Route 642) and continue back to Darvills Road.

Access to the Allen C Perkinson Blackstone Airport, Virginia Agricultural Research and Extension Center, and ArborTech Forest Products will be maintained on the east side of the area near Darvills and Zilles Road.

Media queries about the railroad crossing closure should be directed to the Virginia National Guard.
